Spuhr SCT-4001 for a tikka. 34mm 1.18 height. Came on a rifle I got in a trade. Prior owner ground down the center piece a bit for clearance, does not affect function. The bottom screw that sets into the action (locator pin basically) is partially broken, you can get a replacement from spuhr (Mile High mentioned that they have the part in stock for warranty replacement), though it still functions fine. $150 shipped
