Looking to get some new clothing for spot and stalk hunting. Looking more for material more then Camo pattern recommendations, doesn’t matter if it’s Sitka, kuiu, first lite etc. comfortable and quiet is the goal.

Hunting around anything that sticks to your clothes?

Fleece and wool are pretty quiet, but not ideal for all areas. Generally I have found that as the durability of the clothing goes up so does the noise.

Personally I like the first lite wool.

I do love spot and stock and have a cheap leafy suit I bought who knows where. I put on something quiet under it and a good arm guard to keep my string from snagging on release and can get right up on them with it. Mostly whitetail in wooded areas. Depending on the area you are hunting it might work. It’s externally light weight and just slips on over anything. I have two. One with a leafy hood and one without and I use a leafy hat. I like the hat better but the good is nice to flip off and and not forget it in the truck...

Have some fun if you do! If you are hunting whitetail it’s a lot of practice and patience more failures than wins but when it all comes together it’s is a spectacular feeling and feat!

Cotton is quiet and what I will use early season this year. Wool as the temperature goes down.
