There was an article in Bugle a couple of years ago about “not being able to eat antlers.” I think it was called “the taste of 6 points” and talked about a man who killed a lot of bulls but never retrieved the antlers because he just wanted the meat.

My ol lady drew a solid deer tag in Idaho a couple years back and we were super stoked about it, guess which dip$h** forgot to pick the tag up before august first? DOH!

I've only been hunting elk for 30 years.....but I have NEVER drawn a bull tag.
