SO 4 Man Tipi - Stove Size?

Upgrading the 4 man tipi bundle from a LG stove to a SXL is only $15. Would you do it for longer burn times? If not, why not? Too much stove for the 4 man? Added weight?

A large stove is plenty big for that tent. I’ve used it up to an 8 man with good results. You’ll get great burn time and save a little weight. SXL is a great option as well but it’s a little more stove than you need for that shelter, IMO.

Take that for what’s its worth!
