Nov 2, 2021 #6 atfrith FNG Joined Jul 31, 2014 Messages 52 Location Loveland I can't speak for Brad, but yes I use a 15lb LEM vertical stuffer (you can see in the back ground of one of the photos), and a traeger for smoking. Basically followed the steps in this video (love these guys)
