Sleeping on Air Mattress

Anyone have problems sleeping on air mattress? Specifically having arms and hands falling asleep. Doesn't matter if it's a Big Agnes Air core or regular air mattress.

i take a ridge a rest close cell foam and put it under my neolite, then i let the air out until i touch the foam. the foam comes in handy to sit on or lay on while spotting for a long time when it is cold
