Sitka thunderhead

Anyone use the thunderhead set too stand/saddle hunt? Is it much quieter than regular rain gear? Is it a good choice? Any suggestions are appreciated.

I wear it pretty frequently whilst hunting whitetail. Does its job but during a downpour it will get soaked. Haven’t had an issue with it being loud nor would I expect a deer to be spooked because of it. I hunt in CT for what it’s worth.

It's heavy raingear, especially once the outer (soft) layer is soaked. Quiet tho.

Same as the other folks said, it will wet out pretty quick and gets heavy when soaked.
