Sig kilo 3000 and BaseMap

Does anyone know if the sig sauer kilo 3000 bdx binos can connect to BaseMap for remote markers? I had a kilo 1000 rangefinder that connected just fine but I’m having trouble connecting the binos.

I’m not sure the kilo 3000 has a compass function in the unit. Seems like that would be an important tool for determining your location and/or the location/ bearing of your target.
