Yep. Savage ML2 with original .50 cal and a .45 cal sabotless barrel I made for it. Thinking on a .416 barrel as well.

Arrowhead 45 conversion on a 700ml action. Did 3 of them actually, couple buddies wanted some after they played with mine.

Still haven't gone full bore with it, just using high pressure sabots, but it works for what I need in the east.

I have a hankins 45 his ignition i paired up with a savage short action. I still run bh209 in it but run 300 gr pills just shy of 2500 fps. Works great. I have a 40cal be still omega in the works currently as well. Should be fun!

I am very intrigued by these. Are muzzlebreaks a must or are they more trouble than they are worth? A 275 gr bullet at 2700 fps is similar to a 375 weatherby mag which I don't care to shoot prone or off a bench very many times.

I dont run brakes on mine. It kicks, but nothing like a turkey load does! I prefer not having to mess with funnels for loading, but i know a lot do and like them.

I used my UML with AH 45 barrel last year on my elk hunt using BH209 and AH bullets. It's sending 300 gr bullets at approx 2520 fps very accurately. Smokeless isn't legal here. If it was, I might run it simply for the cleanliness, but otherwise I don't feel the need for more power or accuracy. I DO use a muzzlebrake and don't find the funnel to be an issue other than having more stuff to carry and handle. Recoil is firm, but not too bad. Recoil is definitely a lot less than my unbraked Encore using 250gr sabots at 2000 fps. This is probably my favorite rifle to shoot (other than the cost per round).
I'd like to rebarrel another of my UML's and will definitely use a brake on it too, no question.

i have a .45 built on a remington 700 action by Hankin custom rifles. Shooting 275 grain parker bullets at 3000 fps. accuracy is better than .5 moa
