I have a pretty high bar when it comes to giving out a “Shout Out” for performance. Perhaps because I once had a business partner who gave a shout out to any of our employees who was able to successfully walk from his or her parking space to his or her office without getting lost. And, if that employee was able to return to his or her car at the end of the day without having left a trail of bread crumbs earlier that morning, it was another shout out. In this instance, I want to give a HUGE shout out to the Wildlife Galleries. Earlier this year they returned a mount to me that was no what i wanted or expected. The quality was exceptional. It just not what I had requested. There is zero need to go into the details. It was a breakdown in communications, that may have been my fault may have been their fault. Without attempting for one second to point the finger or argue the point, they accepted that I was not satisfied. They immediately took the mount back. Sent a shipping lable and it was on its way. That mount returned this week, and I could not be happier. So if you are looking for a taxidermist keep them in mind. I will end by saying this is the first mount they had ever done for me, so it is not like they were trying to keep a long time customer happy.
