Just wanted to give a public attaboy to Outdoorsmans. My pistol grip tripod head needed a few parts, it's seen its share of use and abuse over the years. I called to inquire about what was needed, and employee Chad hooked me up gratis with the quickly-shipped pieces. Good as new!
