shout out to Kifaru

Well a couple months ago I ordered my first good pack from Kifaru, along with a cargo panel and some other stuff. Talked to Aron on the phone before ordering and he was very helpful. Never had a big pack or a good one. Finally all my stuff came in and I couldn't wait to play with it all. Anyway somehow they messed up my order, things happen. Talked to Kevin, and Aron on the phone again and they went out of their way to fix it. Really nice to deal with people that want to make things right and not some customer service rep in a cubicle somewhere. They sent me a new bag in a hurry and we got everything straightened out.

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at Kifaru and to Aron for taking the time to call me and make sure I was happy and everything got straightened out.
