alright guys, here’s my thoughts on the Shoot2Hunt scope.

I was lucky enough to finagle one of the early testing scopes from @Ryan Avery and @Formidilosus. I’ve actually shot it quite a bit. maybe I downplayed that a little in the video, but I took it to Africa for 14 days, killed a bunch of animals with it, used at the Shoot2Hunt. got a good feel for it overall.

There’s the whole drop testing side of things. you guys are already pretty up to speed on that, and honestly a lot of people are at this point. so I didn’t spend much time on that in the video. for me, outside of durability, an optic comes down to usability, cost, and the reticle. and the reticle is really the key here. after actually hunting with it, it’s the best reticle I’ve personally shot with. huge props to those guys for that.

Is there some insane, game-changing feature where I can tell you you’re crazy if you don’t buy one? no. not really. but when you factor in the price point and everything else, I don’t have much bad to say. I do have a small critique on the illumination. Part personal preference, probably just me reaching a bit to find something I didn’t love.

If that reticle speaks to you, it’s gonna be hard to pass up.

*note I did say one thing incorrect. the box 1mil x 1 mil, not .5mil x .5mil. I also incorrectly said "they aren't in production"... meant to say they aren't in stock right now. Rokslide crowd is in the know on all that.

hope this helps you guys that are thinking about it.
