Ship a bow (preferred method)

I haven't shipped one in years so was wondering what service most preferred for this. Judging by the condition of things I receive lately, I'm not sure anyone is better than the other anymore.

I'd ship anything of significant value via UPS.

For reference, the usaf ships its explosives via FedEx, or private carrier. Depends on the item... never seem them go through UPS.......Ymmv.
