Has anyone tried this small wind turbine??
It seems like a good solution for certain applications...
It seems perfect for a 3-8 day spike camp. You could leave it running while hunting and have all the power you might need to recharge your phone, headlamp, Zoleo, etc.
3lbs is a bit heavy you'd need a long enough trip with enough electronics to justify it. For a basecamp at your truck, I found that a trolling motor battery is an ideal solution...
