Simple question really. Anybody using a Sherman pocket on the outside of a Dall bag and care to comment? Debating on switching from a medium and large belt pouch on the outside of the Dall to a Sherman pocket. Slight weight penalty and not gaining a lot more room, but looks to be a better fit for the Dall. I’ve been running a Dall for 6 months and using the pouches on the back is great for organizing, but when I strap a bow or rifle to the front, the pouches become cumbersome. With a Sherman I think it might be better as you can tuck something between the bag and Sherman so everything is still fully accessible.
