Hi all - I have a like new combo, the Evo minimalist with the meat bag and the 3300 pack bag. Never really used except for a couple training hikes with 20# bag in a clean dry bag. I believe it's a med belt, large pack; I was a 36" waist then, fits even better now that I've cut some weight, but as you know these belts have a wide range. 3300 bag, Load cell or whatever they call it, and the complete frame and belt setup.
