My old neighbor told me when I moved here that in 1922, it never snowed until the end of Feb. Ten it snowed every day through June. I think this is a repeat. It has been 20 degrees nearly every morning since Dec except when it was substantially colder.
Yesterday was forecast to be clear. It snowed for four hours. Not much volume but continuous. My rule of thumb has been the last snowstorm was the third week of May. However I have seen it snow on the 4th of July.
Usually we get a few warm days for hope but so far - just teasers. Today would have been a good day to drive to Great Falls just to see dirt.
