I haven’t used first lite for a while so I don’t know what the equivalent is of those pieces.

This is what I‘ve used in September through October in hot conditions down to snowy wet conditions at similar altitudes. + bullet points means it’s in my pack or worn every day. Other stuff might get left in the truck as a backup in case the weather changes.

+ Sitka Dew Point Jacket
+ Stone Glacier Puffy
- sierra designs Down Vest (only in cold snowy stuff - probably not needed for September unless out of the norm conditions)
+ Peloton 200 hoody
- Sitka Core lightweight hoody (don’t always bring this. More for sun protection in early season)
+ black ovis short sleeve merino

+ Kuiu attack or kutana pants
- peloton 200 zip off bottoms (not super necessary for me if I have puffy pants. If I’m hiking I don’t need much on my legs and if I stop I can put puffy pants on)
- black ovis puffy pants (only for really cold stuff while glassing and in camp)
+ Sitka dew point pants
- kuiu Yukon gaiters (don’t always use these. Nice to have if there’s snow)

This system has worked well for me in all kinds of conditions. Good luck!

I’m no pro like some of these guys on here but I did a hunt in September in Montana and one in Wyoming . wick long John’s / catalyst pants . Wrangler hikers pants .
Mareno tee , kiln hoody, sawtooth jacket( a must)
Puffy would be good even if you use as a spike tent pillow. Darn tough socks 3 or 4 pair , Mareno boxers ( another must) . Beanie hat . Also gaitors and a good pair or 2 of boots ! Good luck and shoot straight !! We camped around 8 or so ft and went up to 9500 or so or where ever the elk made us !

lightweight wool socks
Lighweight softshell pants (I have Rab and Black Diamond)
long sleeve hoodie (synthetic)
softshell wind jacket (Rab, 10 oz)
synthetic puffy
Occasionally rain gear

Thats it. I carry one extra pair of socks. No beanie or gloves unless the forcast calls for temps in the 20's.

I would bring more boxers and a few tshirts both short and long sleeve. People can get a little funky smelling after hunting hard all day, don't go light on the stuff next to your skin! Especially when you have a guide packing it in. I also bring a lightweight face/neck gaiter thingy that covers my face.

Assuming we're talking about just archery season, I don't think you'll need furnace bottoms or the catalyst pants, you'll be on the move a ton. I'm not sure that the Trace will get you all the way through September, but I like the Corrugate Foundry's for an all-around pant. If you really think you need a base bottom id snag the KUIU 97s (like 4-5oz) that's what I take in the earlier seasons if I do. Also, strongly encourage the short sleeve as mentioned before as well as a Sitka Core LW or something similar.

Here's an idea of what my system would look like on a 5-day hunt:
Wick boxers x2 (worn/packed)
Injinji Merino liner sock x1
Injinji Synthetic liner sock x1 (usually worn on the pack in)
Darn tough ultra/lightweight x1
Darn tough mid weight x1
Peloton 97 zip offs (if weather looks chilly)
Wick SS
Sitka Core LW hoody
Peloton 97 hoody (usually choose one or the other depending on temps)
Kuiu Kutana or FL Corrugate Foundary pants
Jetstream vest (sometimes if riding in)
SG Grumman down jacket
SG M5 rain jacket (pants too if I know it'll be wet the whole time)
Kuiu Yukon or Scree gaiters (depending on weather)
Sitka Gunner gloves
FL merino beanie
FL Aerowool neck gaiter

Keep a couple spares of most at the truck to swap out as needed.
