Just wondering if anyone has any experience with any of the seek outside tents with the stove jacks. Im currently looking at the Silex w/ stove jack. For early season and summer months when im not using the stove just wondering how good these are with the stove jacks in the rain storms?

A stove jack has a weather flap for non-stove use, so no issue there.

Also seems you might be asking about the outside end of the pipe, but not a concern during warm months when not needing a stove.

I can't speak directly to the silex, but I haven't had any issues with water intrusion on my redcliff, including on some windy, rainy days. The sides are relatively steep to begin with, and even if you don't have a great pitch, you tend to experience sag closer to the ground, not up top where the stove jack is. So there isn't much opportunity for water to pool up and sneak around the flap.

If you were concerned, I suppose you could always temporarily seal it with tyvek tape or something similar, then just peel it off for cold weather use.
