I purchased new from Seek Outside. Pitched only a handful of times in the backyard for the family. Didn’t get a chance to use it beyond that. Doors have screens. One screen ripped (kids) and repaired with tenacious tape. Functions as normal. Normal dirt/wear. Condition 8/10.
