Sealing up leaking boil pot

I have a galvanized pot I use for boiling heads that is leaking at the seams. Is there a best silicone to use to seal it up?

I have used red high temp RTV on a couple buckets. They have held up to a dozen skull boils or so each.

Throw caution to the wind and burn off some of that galvanizing with a small welding rod at 55amps

It did after a bit but leaked a lot before that happened.

Jb weld works on about anything metal…

Silver solder it or buy a stainless stock pot at a yard sale. If your worried about the fumes, they sell carbon filter masks for that type of work. Cheap insurance.
