Scope mounting question

Went to mount the scope on a new B14 in a MDT chassis and the level is different at every place on the pic rail. I place a level on 3 different places on the mounted pic rail and it is different in every location and the base of the rings are pretty different as well.

The level is showing a twist in the pic rail. I have a hard time believing those little bolts at 20 in/lbs could twist the rail that much. Emailed Talley and their response was this isn’t uncommon.

Using a starrett level that I checked with my stabila level.

Is this the gun? Bad rail manufacturing?

I have also seen this on split rails. I used the "average" level of the rail. Are you going to use a bubble level on your rifle when shooting? As long as you level your scope to your rifle bubble level, you should be good.
