Scope mount, rings, help please

Just pulled the trigger on a vortex viper 6.5-20X50 PA. Putting it on a Winchester Model 70 EW SS 7mm mag. Do I need a high or medium scope mount height for the 50mm?
Looking at 2 piece mount. Rings and base intergraded. Any help is appreciated...

Nightforce makes a one piece that looks pretty sweet. I think it's the Nightforce Direct mount. I ran Seekins rings on a rail with my old scope now I'm running Nightforce ultralights. Both great rings. That is all I have experience with.

Normally with a 50mm objective you can get away with Lows in most brands.
