I bought a Scythe Ti from Scheel’s yesterday. It was the last one in stock, and the price was the same as before the sale. Side note, buying a can from Scheel’s is crazy easy. I’ve got about a dozen cans and it’s been the easiest process I’ve experienced.

Single responsible party trusts and "standardized" trusts (SS single shot) are fairly fast now. Days to weeks unless the person has something come up on the background check or the same name as someone else that has something on their background check.
