I received this message in response to my WTB ad and sent him an email.


Today he texted me “hello Logan” and asking if I was interested in his spotter. I corrected him and said I was looking for Maven 8x30’s and received this. He said Venmo or PP f+f only.



The price seemed too good and the no guarantee payment made me suspicious. I did an image search and found his pics on a review from 2015. When I called him out he said I was wrong, etc. I asked for a pic of the binoculars in front of today’s foxnews.com page and got crickets.

Ask him he trusts you? If he does, tell him to send the binos and you will pay him when you receive them. I think it's fair. It is really no different than you sending him money first.

Maybe that should be a rule here, less than 50 posts, you have to send the item first if the guy buying it has a proven track record of paying and being a solid member.
