Both will outshoot all but a tiny percentage of shooters, but you question might be answered in digging around to find out which one has the better aftermarket support, accessories, etc.
I have two of the Ruger Ranches, .223 and 300 BLK. Both shoot well under MOA.
I tossed the .223 in a KRG Bravo and use it as a cheapie training rifle, shoots amazing for what I have into it.
I have Rugers and Savages and both are accurate rifles and so does my wife as well as many other family members I know so make your choice with confidence and be happy. There are many much more expensive rifles out there that play the marketing game that don't shoot quite as well. My Ruger Ranch pops off a lot of coyote's on my farm and my Savage wins me a lot of money. I was a trained sniper and served that duty in the Nam so I know a little of the accuracy game. Those rifles will getter done.
