Was looking into adding a new Ruger Hawkeye to the collection, but have also been interested a current production Model 70 being as I’ve never owned one. Just curious for those that have owned both how are the quality of the new Winchester’s and Hawkeyes? Which one do you prefer between the two and why? Know there isn’t a right or wrong answer, but just looking for some input before I make a decision. Thanks in advance.
