Hey my wife has a softball tournament in Reno this coming weekend. And I've never been to Reno so pardon my ignorance. Is there any across the counter tags around that country. So while she is playing softball o could poke around in the hills.

You could always fish Pyramid Lake. Toss spoons from shore or flyfish if that's your thing.

What about coyote hunting? That's always a challenge, cheaper, and would give you reason to hike the hills with rifle in tow.

If you poke around google earth you can find some phenomenal spots to shed hunt west of town and north of town if your into that.
