Remington Stainless Mountain Rifle with upgraded barrel and trigger. Lightweight contour 22" Benchmark barrel 1:9 twist installed by Wayne York (Oregonsmithing/Pendleton Stocks). Original stock, which as very well-done B&C, so I left it on. Trigger tech trigger set at 2.2 lbs. The rifle should be around 6.5 lbs bare. Was 7.88 lbs with rings and a 44mm Meopta scope.
I had the barrel installed in 2023, then became more interested in threaded barrels and suppressors and never hunted it. I did play around a little with load development and it shot well. The 130 BT and SGK both shot 0.8" (3 shot at 100 yds) with little effort. The 165 ABLR shot 0.7" groups.
$1,200 (rifle only)
+$500 if you want me to leave the Meopta Meopro 4-14x44mm scope and Tally rings on it.
