Used but good overall condition, has all the stakes and poles. Mesh pockets have been cut out of the interior. No footprint, but tent floor is in good shape. All the plastic tensioners and zipper pulls have been replaced with knots and cordage. I’ve spent a lot of nights in this tent, and as recently as a month ago, never an issue with leaks or winds up to around 50 mph.
