Will Swaro make an old set look new again?

Like the worn hinge area..scratches,scuffs.

I never had a set refurbished. But I have seen plenty that have been. The armour can be replaced as well as the lenses and eyecups.
Never seen a hinge refurb. Els are notorious for bridge wear. Live with it or buy new every year.
I kinda think scars on gear are cool as long as it functions 100 %

I dont think they will under warrantee but they might provide some cosmetic work as a service. The people Ive spoke with at Swarovski have been incredibly helpful and pleasant... Give them a call and see what they say.

Last year I sent my 10x42ELs that I purchased new in 2000 in for service. They replaced the rubber cover, new prisms, new eye cups a thorough cleaning and precision alignment, all for no charge. They are like new, maybe better with the upgraded prisms.
