This is a Redding 3 BR Match Grade powder measure in very good condition. I only used it once and no powder was stored in it. It comes with the original mount that mounts to the edge of a table and the accessory bench stand. It has two micrometer units (rifle & pistol). There is some light surface rust on the outside mounting threads where it would screw into the stand but nothing on the micrometers or drum.
