Recommendations on hunting stores in NYC

Can anyone recommend hunting stores I should visit in New York? I'm travelling there in the end of November and I'd like to pick up some gear.

I would like to have a look at following brands:
Stone Glacier Backpacks
Kifaru Backpacks (Do they sell Kifaru and Stone Glacier in stores or is it mail order only?)
First Lite Clothing
Sitka Clothing

Anything else that could be of interested for a mountain hunter

It will be my first time in USA and I'd like to have a look at brands and buy stuff as it's also cheaper then to get them to send it to me in Norway

You can’t get Kifaru, First lite in stores and I think SG is mail only but not 100% with that one. Also you will be hard pressed to find a store in the northeast that will sell the top shelf gear most of the place sell UA, sentlock and stuff like that.

Ok not what I wanted to hear What about the Arc'teryx Leaf series? Or the Hyper Lite Mountain Gear? (their pack looks useless for any heavy hauling but they sure have some nice and lightweight stuff to look at)

as said above, most of those brands don’t do retail at all and certainly not near NEw York

Paragon sports is good for backpacking gear
There is a place about 20 miles outside of New York called Mamaroneck that has a bow shop called extreme archery. They stock some Sitka.
Cabelas in Hartford

Best bet is probably field and stream in Melville but that is 20 miles into Long Island.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that too! I was also thinking perhaps I could order stuff to the hotel for my arrival but I'll have to talk to them about it. It's expensive gear and I don't want it to get lost

Do anyone know if there's services for renting mail boxes that I could get packages sent to?
