Random Q…. I’m sure a moderator will put it in the trash.

I have done some googling, and no real consensus.

I have a sprig of tree from a hunt that I’d like to preserve. It’s already more dried out than I’d like it to be. In a perfect world I’d rehydrate somehow and then keep it looking fresh for as long as possible. Any suggestions?

Put it between some newspaper and put some heavy books on top to press it.
Leave it for a week or so.
Will be dry and will not mold.
Then you can mount it on paper, cover with clear shelf liner.
