Quiet Jacket with Lined Sleeves

I’m looking for a QUIET jacket. Mid-weight would be good, something like heavy fleece or wool. But I want the sleeves to be lined or made of a material that the inner face will easily slide over other wool and fleece layers. Is there such a thing?
