Question about Kifaru duplex frame and belt

So I have an older duplex frame and a dt1 bag, I noticed while I was putting away my bag after cleaning it that the bag has a spot for the "delta straps", should I be attaching the "delta straps" from the belt to the belt or the bag? Or leave them attached to the frame? Here's a picture for illustration since I may be using the wrong nomenclature.

Ok buddy, what's the difference in them being on the bag vs the frame?

Hooking them to the bag helps to stabalize the bag. The hook ups for the delta straps on the frame is for when your running a cargo pannel or just lashing stuff to the frame.

Have them loose though when you first tighten your belt. Then, just snug them up after everything else is tight.
