Pure Precsion Stocks - Bedding Needed?

I scooped up a Pure Precision Stock on a labor day sale at Red Hawk Rifles for $500 and it was also the last one in stock so I really got lucky.

I've never owned one, do they need bedded or are the pretty tight? I have plans of doing it myself either way i am just curious if I actually need it.

The rifle it's going on is a 7 saum that was built by a reputable gunsmith and it shoots great in the HS Precsion Stock it wears right now, but I just discovered it was never bedded. The gun with an ATACR weighed over 12lbs, so I sold the scope and replaced it with a Trijicon TM which saved me almost a pound and now the new stock weighs half the HS Precision.

Neither of mine needed bedding and both shoot great.

Good to know! I think I saw on their website they recommended a bedding job so I was curious. Thanks for the reply.

I have a Remage built in a Mesa (Pure Precision) Altitude stock and it is not bedded. Shoots great for me.
