I just received my Proof Tikka Pre-fit barrel. It is a 24” carbon fiber chambered in 6.5 PRC. I had a stock inletted for it and it does not seem to fit in there. Looking at the diagram it is supposed to be 1.030” at the 10” mark and mine is measuring 1.091”. This seems significantly thicker than published. Did the Sendero contour change? Am I measuring or reading this diagram improperly? Should this get sent back?

Here is there published profile for this particular barrel. I took a tape measure and went 10" in from the shank end and measured with my calipers I use for reloading (yes they are zeroed). See other photo.

I personally wouldnt sweat it, I'd just upen the barrel channel and call her good. I went to measure mine then realised its a sendero light not the sendero.

Some inlets aren’t real exact vs the channel specified so I would just open it up and call it good. Not uncommon at all. At least it’s not on the big side.

Well got some clarification here. Spoke with Proof and they published the Sendero Light specs for the Sendero contour barrel. Barrel is good to go, I'll just have to do some sanding to get the whole package together
