Poor man’s EXO K4 training setup

Kidding, but I suppose you could save a few bucks on a legit training sandbag and the EXO crib. Started doing this because the crib hadn’t been released yet, but they just released it. Buy a 60-70lb sand bag from Home Depot and wrap the hell out of it in duct tape, so the sand stays in. Then, criss cross your straps without the bag on your K3/K4 frame. You can use it for other overhead lifts, squats, etc.

I’ve been meaning to try this. Have you done anything like running to see if it stays up that high without sinking down?

Seems pretty stable, but i haven’t ran. You could add some locking buckles for a couple bucks if you have issues.
