Please help me get rid of "your box is full" message

I keep having people tell me that my box is full. However, it is empty. I see a note that says I can have two more messages stored in some file, and I don't know how to delete those. I click on the link that says, "Empty Folder" but nothing happens.

Can you please delete everything in my folders, or tell me how?
