Did some things today. First time doing it will see how it holds up. Wanted to try it on the cheaper limbs before the heftier priced ones.... yes I know there are other ways to camo limbs up, yes I know painting isn’t for everyone. But for those that like to rattle can their ILF limbs, I figured plasti dipping first so it’s easier to remove may be a viable option. I did some testing prior to the whole camo job on a small area of the limb just to see what peeled off easiest after spray paint was applied. Ultimately went with 3 light coats of plasti dip, one coat of sage green, then used a sea sponge with dark green and brown one coat each.

Looks nice I did some similar, but like the green background on yours better.

I used a little piece of left over astro turf for tapping on top layers.

Looks good but it does add a little bit of weight which affects your performance a little bit

Wish I would have chrono them prior to painting. I can’t speak to that. But I can’t say that I notice anything at all from pre plasti dip to now.
