Pistol brace

For those that own AR style pistols, what are you doing about the new brace ban? I think I just going to ride it out. I heard there are several lawsuits trying to prevent them from messing with them.

While I don’t have any braced firearms, I think The best route now is to remove the brace and convert it back to a pistol and wait out the lawsuits. If you really want a SBR, then do a form 1 and create one from your pistol by adding a stock.

I think it will get blocked. You are getting close to 30 states joining the suit.

I think it will get blocked, but I filed a Form 1 last week. I hated my brace and was considering turning it into a SBR. The fact I could get a free stamp pushed me to do it.
