Pardon my (potential) ignorance, but is this a pinned and welded brake? It's on a Noveske N4. Looking to swap the flash hider to run suppressed (if the man ever decides to release them from jail). Its currently a 16" barrel. Wanting to possibly cut and re-pin/weld a new brake on. Additionally, I've asked around and made a few calls to local gunsmiths to no avail, but anyone have recommendations for a shop that could do this is the south-central Wisconsin area?
