Hey everyone, I’m planning to use a Peak 44 bastion Stock on my next rifle and I’m looking for ideas for color schemes, stock colors, cerakote colors, or stock modifications. I saw it in another thread that someone added some sponge paint themselves and curious if that’s a common thing or if others have repainted the stocks.

Feel free to share your pictures or any other cool ideas/modifications you’ve made

Thanks!

IMG_5684.jpegI’ve got one on my two main hunting rifles, I bedded them and that’s it, my favorite stock so far. Insanely comfortable for me and fit ME perfectly

Also, looking for pictures of a T3X lite in a Sendero barrel channel

I'm building a Tikka T3X in 6 creed right now on a bastion stock. Barrel is at the smith now. Hoping to have it soon and will post pics when assembled.

Rifle cal is 22 Creedmoor w/Benchmark Sendero Lt. Had an EH-6A but sold and bought a Bastion to cut some weight.

Really like it so far!

Stock order was black camo, then sponged the FDE and white to match the FDE barreled action. Bed the receiver from tang to lug and added a Spartan gunsmith adapter.

did you do the sponge paint yourself? mind sharing your materials and process? that looks awesome!

Mine came in the black carbon camo. Added a bit of color with sponges. Recently I added some texture to the grip and forend, using rustoluem textured paint. Big improvement imo. Only other thing I've done is add their picatinny/arca adapter to the front. I've not bedded the recoil lug, it was a pretty tight fit on my example and the gun shoots great as it is.
