Pan head suggestions

Looking for my best options on a good pan head.

I'll primarily be using this with 12x50 Swarovisions and possibly a light spotter but more often then not it will be the Swarovisions.

Not totally opposed to spending $300 or more on a head but if I can get one that is very close to as good for significantly less money then I'm all in for that.

Manfrotto 700rc2 is very popular and has a reasonable price.. Then there is the micro outdoorman which is a lot more but very lightweight.. Vanguard ph111 is another I think that's the model number and people like it . I just did a ton of research on all these and I actually went with the outdoorman micro.. I am waiting to receive it but from what I have read it is very good.. I am on the theory of buy once cry once.. It isn't a fluid head but suppose to be very smith and good head.
