Shot this little boar on Monday morning, 500m from home while out measuring something at our cattle yards.

Tonight his back legs and backstraps were turned into snags.

One batch of a packet flavour, spanish lome and chilli, with added garlic and extra fresh chillis we have growing wild here.
Second batch was garlic, ginger, onion powder, fresh chilli, chilli powder and orange juice.

All had 30% fat added from a mates domestic pig they butchered a while ago.
