OTC - NORTH SLOPE FLAMING GORGE AREA Utah

I've read regulations but can't seem to find a straight forward answer. Is is possible to buy a doe tag in this unit? I know the buck tags are draw only. I'm heading there in September for a Elk hunt and always see lots of Mule Deer. This will be an archery hunt.

Antlerless in Utah is a draw. I looked at the left over list and I don't remember seeing any left over tags for this unit. Plus the doe unit is Manila West along the State line in the private and State land's, the Forest Service boundary is the South unit boundary. Not to mention that the season is after the archery hunt during the muzzy deer hunt.

This is my stomping grounds for deer and elk, I decided it was time to burn my doe points this year and drew the doe permit.
