Does Oregon have a preference point system or bonus point? How does it work exactly do they let you only buy a point or do you have to put in for the liscense to get it?

It's a 75 pp, 25 random. For non residents it's typically points only on high end draws. 5% nr allocation.

Sheep and goats are all random, better odds ( Still horrible) than say new Mexico..

Antelope is a waste to apply for if you want anything besides an archery tag.

you can buy just the point later in the year though. july 1 to november 30 i believe.
