OR gaiters

Ive had my OR crocodile gaiters for about 3 seasons now (I'm not sure if they are the expedition ones or not) and they've developed a hole in the bottom cordura section of one and the bottom velco tab on the other one has fully separated.

i was curios on OR's warranty and remember seeing a thread on here about it awhile back. has anyone experienced this or had any experience with OR's warranty?

I had an OR down sweater and like a dumbass, while opening a gate, I caught it on the barbed wire. Couple tears and lost a lot of down. On a recommendation I contacted OR and they replaced even after I mentioned it was completely my fault. Two thumbs up on lifetime warranty. If I screw up again I will replace at my expense.

Call them. Their warrantee is great. I had a buckle break on a pair of their gators and they sent me a new pair no questions asked.

I dropped a pair off at their headquarters in seattle one day when my Velcro was ripping. I had a new pair on my doorstep 3 days later.

consider it done! the damage is nothing big really and probably could be fixed by me with some seam sealer but if i could get a replacement with what sounds like a great warranty id go that route.

They will replace them no questions asked. I warranties my expeditions two seasons ago. They sent a new pair before I even sent the old ones back.

Yeah, they send you the new ones with instructions for returning the bad ones.
